Delete your Echoly account

You can delete your Echoly account (app by the Echoly team, com.echoly.language) and all data linked to it at any time. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

Open Echoly and go to the Me tab.
Tap Account.
Scroll down and tap Delete my account (guests see Delete my data), then confirm.

Everything is deleted right away, and the app closes.

Option 2: without the app

Email YOUR_SUPPORT_EMAIL with the subject Delete my Echoly account and include:

the email address you signed in with, or
your User ID. It is shown at the bottom of the Me tab: tap it to copy.

We may reply to confirm that the account is yours. We delete the account within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What is deleted

Your account: sign-in, email and user ID.
Your progress backup: level, streak, minutes, lessons.
Your notification token.
Audio you shared, or made with AI voice, and its review record.
Your AI usage limits.

What may stay:

Lessons our team already published from your audio. They stay in the library without your account, unless you ask us to remove them too.
Daily usage counters, which are numbers only and are removed within 60 days.
